What a done-for-you outbound system is
Most outbound help comes in one of two shapes. You hire SDRs and hope they figure out targeting, data and deliverability on their own. Or you pay an agency that sends from its own setup and hands you meetings. When you stop paying, nothing is left. We do a third thing. We build the whole system inside your stack, run it until meetings land in your calendar and leave it with you.
The system has five parts that feed each other: a map of every account that fits, signals that say who to contact first, verified contact data, the messaging and sending behind email and LinkedIn, plus the routing that gets every reply to the right person. Each one is built for your market. None of it is a template.
Who it is for
- B2B companies with product-market fit and deals worth $7.5K or more
- Founder-led teams that need a repeatable motion before they hire SDRs
- Sales teams whose outbound stalled and nobody can say which part broke
- Companies opening a new market or a new segment
If you are still looking for product-market fit, outbound is usually the wrong tool. We will tell you that on the first call.
How we build it
- Map the marketEvery company that fits your ICP, scored for fit and timing, with two or three named buyers in each account.
- Build the engineData, signals, research agents and the messaging for each segment, written around what is actually happening at the account.
- Set up sendingSeparate domains and inboxes, warmed for weeks, with email and LinkedIn running as one sequence.
- Run and tuneEvery reply sorted and routed. A weekly review moves volume to the segments and signals that book meetings.
First meetings usually come in three to four weeks after kickoff. Week one is the map and the offer. New sending domains warm up for three to four weeks while we build the rest. The first sequences go out as soon as they are ready.
A TYPICAL AGENCY
- Sends from its own setup
- One list, one script for everyone
- Reports meetings, hides the rest
- You keep nothing when you stop
A SHIPYARD SYSTEM
- Built inside your stack
- Messaging per segment and signal
- You see every number every week
- Domains, data and playbook stay yours
What you get
- Your full market in one table, with fit and timing scores
- Sending infrastructure on your own domains, monitored daily
- Research agents and prompts, with a person checking their output
- Campaigns per segment, changed every week based on replies
- A live view of the whole system and a weekly review
FROM THE YARD
The first thing we look at in a stalled outbound program is rarely the copy. It is usually the list. The right two hundred accounts outpull the wrong five thousand, so the map gets fixed before anything else.

Questions about the outbound system
Is this done for you or built with our team?
Both work. Done for you means we build the whole system and run it. Built together means we lead the build with your team and hand it over in a state they can run on their own.
Which channels do you use?
Email and LinkedIn, run as one sequence so the same buyer never gets two pitches that ignore each other. Signal campaigns and account-based plays sit on top of both.
Do you guarantee a number of meetings?
No. We commit to the inputs: accounts mapped, contacts reached and touches sent each month. The meeting count depends on your offer and your market. If we think either one is the problem, we say so on the first call.
What happens if we stop working together?
You keep everything. Domains, inboxes, data, copy, agent prompts and the playbook are yours from day one.
